We hereby confirm our participation as an Exhibitor at the Industry Booths Display of the 31st Indonesian Petroleum Association Conference and Exhibition and we confirm our acceptance of the terms and conditions normally printed on reverse which form part of this contract. Receipt of this form duly completed and submitted by fax shall be deemed to include acceptance of the terms and conditions printed on reverse of this form even if not included with faxed submission.

The execution of this contract and its receipt by Organizers (Indonesian Petroleum Association) is deemed conclusive evidence of the Exhibitor’s agreement to pay the full fees due
